We ship all orders from our warehouse in Milan.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you check the order status, in the My Order section for registered users or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation e-mail in the Track your Order page. Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct. In the case of a missed delivery, contact DHL (www.dhl.com). For further assistance, contact us. We are happy to assist you.

You can return any item ordered on the porscia.com website or request a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the relevant product without specifying the reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging together with the relevant purchase invoice, or a copy thereof in the event of partial return.
Returning an item in case of replacement or refund request is free of charge. Simply return them via our courier using the prepaid return label system within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of your online return request or in any other unambiguous manner. If you paid shipping fees for your order, we will reimburse you the equivalent of a Standard delivery.
Under current legal provisions, in the case of a refund request, the refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned item. The refund, including any delivery charges invoiced at the time of ordering, will be made using the same payment method as at the time of ordering.
Please note, however, that your bank may require an additional delay period at the time of refund.
With regard to gifts, you may only request the replacement of the product with another of equal value or greater value (if the price of the product you have chosen to replace is greater than the part of the product returned, you will have to pay the difference in price). Please contact our Customer Care who will email you the prepaid return label. The only way to exchange a product is to return it and make a new order.
For returns, you can use a different courier than the one that delivered the package.
If you do not use our return label, PORSCIA YEGANEH® is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service.
Here’s how to return a purchase:
1. Fill out the Return Form.
2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included
3. Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick the pre-paid courier label over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in Italy.
4. Contact DHL (www.dhl.com) to arrange the pick-up of you package wherever you wish.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
If you lost the pre-addressed return label, just contact DHL (www.dhl.com) and request that they bring a blank standard waybill when they collect your return.
You can use the same box and pre-addressed label to combine returns from different orders.
If you change your mind and keep your order after completing the return form, don’t worry. We are glad you decided to keep your purchase. You don’t have to do anything and there is no need to contact us.
